Go to the Velas wallet https://wallet.velas.com/ and select the add assets icon
- Add all wallets that you want to swap:
- Select Velas EVM and click the swap icon and swap on either BEP20, ERC20, HRC20, or Native:
- You will see the successful swap in the added wallet. For example, BEP20:
Don't worry, it can take some time to complete the swap. Just reload the wallet to see the changes.

i think we need to alert others not to use the velas wallet until the problem can be fixed.
It's been 8 HOURS since I made the BUSD switch from Velas to BSC and the balance on BSC hasn't appeared yet...

I have the same problem as everyone esle I swapped VLX BEP-20 to Velas EVM, all my value was gone from VLX BEP-20 but not swapped to VLX EVM. It's about 15 minutes ago. What I need to do to get my VLX back. Im really worried its all gone! Can we please get support ASAP

Guys, I made 2 transactions more than 6 hours ago, the first one just arrived, in my case, I contacted support as soon as I saw all these comments and at the same time I noticed both transactions were sent to a 0x00000000000000000... address, I sent both bscan URLs in my message, so, I strongly recommend you to contact support, I haven't received any response from support, but at least, as I mentioned, I received one of my 2 transactions, I hope this helps and you can solve your problems, good luck!

guys, I got my vlx after 9h, oh man gave ma already a heart attack, but now swapping and transactions working faster. i don't know what was the reason in the first place, took so long.
I finally received my BUSD from Velas to BSC. Took ages, but thank you team!
After 11 hours my BUSD show in my VELAS wallet. I still see difficulties in the withdrawal to my metamask. But I already sent a parcel. The important thing that the team solved, showing that it is not SCAM and it is a protocol that we can check. Just a new protocol on the market that will get better every day.

Yesterday I spent more than 12 HOURS to receive the Swap and now I can't send it to metamask, please solve it !!
Finally thought I was getting somewhere when I checked my EVM wallet on my phone this morning and saw that the VLX had been swapped. Went onto the web wallet when I got home, but it was asking me to restore a wallet or create a new account? Why can you not just sign into it like any other wallet? So I restored it and now my BUSD that I had swapped to the Velas chain are no longer there. I give up on this ridiculous wallet. Just cost me 6 hours of my life and $260. Garbage.
